Additional requirements such as microphones, lecterns or PA systems will be sourced on request and charged accordingly.

Full Day Conference Package
Package Includes:
- Venue hire between 07h30 and 17h00
- Opening, mid-morning and afternoon tea breaks with pastry snacks and/or biscuits for either Arrival or Mid- Morning Tea breaks.
- Lunch (Options to be discussed)
- Standard Equipment
- Flip board and pens
- Fibre Wifi
- Note Pads and Pens
- 1 x Bottled Water per Guest for the day (More bottled water can be arranged at an extra cost)
- Mints
Half Day Conference Package
Package Includes:
- Venue hire between 07h30-13h30
- Opening and mid-morning tea breaks with pastry snacks and/or biscuits for either Arrival or Mid- Morning Tea breaks
- Lunch, if required (Options to be discussed)
- Standard Equipment
- Flip board and pens
- Fibre Wifi
- Note Pads and Pens
- 1 x Bottled Water per Guest for the half day (More bottled water can be arranged at an extra cost)
